Our dog needed surgery to remove a ball from his stomach. The team at both branches (Churchdown and The Reddings) were incredible! Our doggo went in to see them as an emergency on a Saturday morning and was back home after surgery that very afternoon. They did an excellent job of looking after him and us during what could have been an incredibly stressful day. Even after his surgery (which he recovered from so quickly without complications), Bailey still pulls us towards the building to see everyone whenever we walk past. All staff are incredibly friendly and truly care about the pets and owners. Can't fault them one bit. Best vets we have ever had!

Great service! I phoned as I wasn't happy with my friends local vets in Churchdown (Bella was having a puppy with my dog Koko), they were so helpful and advised us for Bella to be seen at branch in Readings. They performed emergency c section there and Bella came home safely with one puppy girl (pomapoo). Next day Arvonia Churchdown phoned to follow up and make sure both are doing well. Very professional and caring. Thank you

Richard and his team are everything you can ask for, generous, competent and simply lovely. Especially when you're here from abroad, English might be your second language and you have your pet with you, this is the vet you want to go to!

Can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Our puppy has been across quite a few times now, and every time the experience has been top notch. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the vets (we’ve seen Dr Richard and Dr Emma) are knowledgeable and explain everything really well and have a very good manner with animals.

Richard the vet was fantastic with our french bulldog. His knowledge and expertise meant that he could educate us well about our dogs condition. He made the relevant referrals to ensure our dog got the best chance. He was approachable and kind and showed he truly cares. Thankyou Richard We also met a lovely vet at the practice called Harriet who was also very kind and compassionate

I have been a customer of Arvonia Vets for over twenty years, and I would not consider going anywhere else. Richard, Guy and their team of nursing and support staff are remarkable. The professionalism and kindness shown during your visit are especially welcome if you are an anxious pet owner. Whether it is a routine consultation of a more urgent appointment, you are met with a smile and kindness. The staff are all potty about animals, and you know they will receive the best of care. Richard , guy and his friendly team are amazing , I have 3 dogs , Rottweiler , husky and a staffi, my dogs love the vets and staff there. Richard especially has a very kind nature and is always there for you whenever you need advice or you have questions . My husky had a nasty accident and the care and compassion he gave to us was out of this world, he always asks about him still now when I’m in with my other dogs too. If you want a good vets I highly recommend this one 100%.
