What a lovely independent vets.Everyone is so friendly from the receptionists/ veterinary nurses to the vets. Our dog was very anxious after going to our local vets in Hartpury after it changed to a veterinary group. All the staff at Orchard View had time to chat and were genuinely interested in making friends with our dog. Because our dog was relaxed, we were not stressed and our vet had the time to listen to our concerns and make recommendations. Again there was no hard sell, information was shared and the choice was ours if we wished to follow her advice. We couldn’t recommend this vets enough as we feel that our dog is now receiving the best care. Plus the other pet owners were relaxed and friendly in the waiting room all interested in each others pets. Such a lovely and different experience. We won’t have any concerns or anxiety visiting the vets in future. Thank you Orchard View Vets.

If you are wondering which vets too go with, please look no further. After sadly having too make the hardest decision of having my beautiful dog of 14 years put down, after suffering what we think was a stroke, I wondered who too go with. She was the best dog and only ever went too the vets once with her, so I never had a regular vet for her. My mum and dad unfortuntly had too have their dog put down only a few months previously and had such high praises for the vets so I decided too go with them. That day we rang and managed too get in that afternoon. The receptionist was so lovely, so kind and welcoming - she made waiting in the waiting room alot easier than I expected. We then went in with Maddie the vet & she honestly was so kind and caring. She was so reassuring and spoke with such care letting me know I had made the right decision. She was very delicate with Texas & she kept reassuring me the whole time, speaking too me through everything she was doing, what was going too happen and how she wouldn't feel anything. This in itself was defiantly what I needed too hear in a situation where your heart is breaking. They were both so kind and caring, I think this is so important when you chose a vets - don't hesitate in coming here, it'll be the best choice you make. From the bottom of my heart, thankyou ❤️ xx

We have just got back from our first trip to Orchard View Vets with our puppy and honestly, the experience was fantastic. Such a lovely team, so calm and gentle and you can see how much they adore all the pets they see. Maddie was amazing with my puppy, and my daughter, and nothing was too much trouble for Andrea on reception. 5 stars for sure!! x

We would like to thank all the staff at Orchard View Vets. We are always met by polite and understanding professional staff from the receptionist through to the Vets, Both our dog and ourselves are treated special the moment we walk through the door. There are no packed waiting rooms and you don’t feel rushed. This is not a corporate veterinary service, it is more of a personal experience for the pets and the owners. I would highly recommend Orchard View Vets.

caring, professional care where the animal comes first. My dog that is terrified of vets to the point where he collapses was always calm there. He saw the same vet every time which really helped and she was confident, calm and understanding with him, giving him all the time he needed. Will never use any other vet now.

I am very happy to report I found Orchard View at the top of a list of local independent vets. I booked my 14 year old dearly loved collie in for a consultation suspecting that his lump was too large to be removed. It was agreed with Maddie that it was best that he was euthanised which she did there and then so I didn’t have to go away and come back. Maddie made it an easy beautiful process and I can’t thank her enough. ❤️

We have recently discovered a great local and most welcoming Veterinary Practice in Highnam namely Orchard View Vets. Maddie, is just one of the dedicated vets there and is brilliant with our very nervous little cat. “Pussy Willow”. She has been chipped and vaccinated without any problem and Maddie tempts her with ‘Likky Likky’ which seems to do the trick! She certainly has the midas touch with cats. We highly recommend the Orchard practice without any reservations and Pussy Willow looks forward to her next visit ❤️. We cannot thank the team at Orchard View enough.
